In our final Forest School session, the children were treated to some campfire cooking. During the session the children showed great perseverance when hollowing out their oranges before we filled these with a chocolate cake mix and cooked them on the campfire. The children were excited to taste their creations and had their patience tested as they discovered that cooking on a fire isn’t as easy as using the oven!
