We had a fabulous day at Beamish. We visited the new 1950s Welfare Hall where we got to play with toys from the 1950s, We dressed and danced in the 1950s style and we explored artefacts. We had a little bit of time to look around the town and had our dinner in the park which was great! The children loved riding around on the trams and we even met Mr Tumble! The children were so excited to see him and he even came over and sang a song with them! It made our day and Mrs Graham loved it too….and it was her special birthday!
