Last weeks homework served as a powerful reminder of the power of “yet”. We encourage the children to change their language from “can’t do” to “can’t do yet”. This encourages a growth mindset through changes in attitude. The children know that the “can’t do yet” can become a “can do” through hard work, practise and perseverance. Here is just a small example of some of some of the children’s ideas. This was followed up with a discussion about how we can work to achieve our goals.
