Class 5 have been looking at what germs are, and how they can be good or bad for us. To learn how easily germs are spread we used paint to represent the germs and then shook hands. We were surprised at how quickly the germs spread around the class! We then tried to clean the ‘germs’ off using a dry paper towel, cold water and finally warm water with soap. We found that warm water and soap cleaned our hands the best and also looked at the best way of cleaning our hands properly.
