The children this morning were checking on Mr Cuthbertson’s work balancing problems. They were set the task of using their number squares to check that both sides of the number problem were equal. They then had to sort the problems into a “True” (correct) and “False” (incorrect) group. It seems Mr Cuthbertson really needs to practise his maths.
